Pumped Up?
Posted on February 10th, 2006 No commentsWearing pumps isn’t exactly what a podiatrist would call healthy for your feet. Does that stop women (and some men) from wearing six-inch stilettos? Hell no.
If you intend to strut your stuff in high heels, you better have those calves, ankles, and abs in good shape. Leave it to Crunch, the gym for people with attention deficit disorder, to address this critical issue by offering a class called “Stiletto Strength.” Is it any surprise that such a class exists at the same place where you can take “Cycle Karaoke” and “Cardio Striptease?”

Lost Chain
Posted on February 6th, 2006 No commentsIf anyone found a gold chain with two pendants on it in Monday’s class (2/6), please let me know. (It was wrapped in a towel and probably fell out.)

Limiting Flavors
Posted on February 3rd, 2006 No commentsA new diet is gaining in popularity: “The Flavor Point Diet.” The concept is that our mouths are normally bombarded with too many flavors, making it more difficult for our brain to register when we’re full. How is one to battle this horrible, unnatural way of eating? Why, have a “pineapple day,” of course! Pineapple juice, pineapple shrimp, caramelized pineapple rings, etc. An “apple day,” presumably, would be a similar day of apple this and apple that.
I love to eat way too much. After a week of this diet, I would be suicidal.
