    Now that winter is soon upon us, it’s becoming more and more difficult to stay energized throughout the day. (Seasonal Affective Disorder, a depression that results from the season change, is a very real phenomenon.)

    This article gives you some advice on how to fight the mid-day yawns. Some surprising tips given:

    • Put a plant on your desk.
    • Suck on a mint. (You were right, Gail!)
    • Drink lots of water.
    • Have a boiled egg for breakfast.
    • Have sex.
