The people have spoken, and New York Sports was listening. As of June 11, when the new group fitness schedule starts, the Tuesday schedule will be as follows:
6:30pm TOTAL BODY 7:15pm STEP (1 hour)
That’s right, one hour for step!

When you're feeling more confident, try out some of the classes that I'm covering for other instructors. Those classes are usually taught at a more basic level.
